Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact among the executives and internal/outside stakeholders.

  • Good know-how of leasing, contracting, renewals and so on.

  • Excellent report keeping, reporting and presentation talents.
  • Responsible for ensuring the satisfactory of the bodily surroundings and requirements of offerings provided.
  • Management of immediately employed and cellular resources (HVAC and Electrician).
  • Management of all electric gadget which include Genset, Electrical DBs etc.
  • First team to clear up any electrical problems and usually have proactive approach in the direction of R&M.
  • Liaise with campus users, neighborhood citizens, nearby authority and other external bodies to construct powerful relationships.
  • Effectively put together and display budgets to make certain green use of assets
  • Accountable for protection and security of the campus, consisting of compliance and information of danger, reporting and governance methods, making sure that these are completely carried out, complied with and adhered to.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 4 - five years’ revel in on specialist position in technical operations.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputed college, Masters is desired.
