𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 Required at Taj Gasoline January 2024. Taj gasoline is looking for 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to CEO for its head office based in Karachi.

𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Minimum Graduate 3+years of Executive Assistant experience in corporate, working for C-Level Management.

Candidate Should be well versed with Ms. Excel and Word Excellent Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proactive and strong attention to detail.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨:

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Managing Director/CEO

The responsibility will include travel scheduling, file organization, Maintaining calendar for CEO.

Follow-up on pending approvals and timely updating on meeting minutes.

Ability to produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints. The candidate will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executives to ensure backup coverage.
